Veronic – Terms of Service

Valid for PayPal & Litecoin (LTC) Payments

1. General Terms

• By completing payment, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these ToS.
• No refunds unless the issue is 100% Veronic's fault (e.g., incorrect code or technical failure on our end).

2. Payment Rules

PayPal

• EUR (€) Only – Other currencies will be rejected.
• Friends & Family (F&F) – Payments via "Goods & Services" will be refunded with a fee deduction.
• No Notes – Payments with comments (e.g., "for code") will be declined.
• Screenshot Required – Send an uncropped screenshot of the payment immediately after sending.

Litecoin (LTC)

• Provide either the Transaction ID (TXID) or a screenshot of the transfer after payment.

3. Code Changes

• You may request up to 5 code adjustments (e.g., typos). Additional changes may incur fees.

4. Liability

• Veronic is not responsible for:
  • User errors (wrong input, payment method issues).
  • Delays caused by payment processors (PayPal, blockchain).
  • Third-party service disruptions.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and legal action if fraudulent.
